Embedded World 2016

Embedded World 2016 - Linux and the Raspberry Pi are everywhere you look. February 24, 2016 - I was in Nuremberg at the Embedded World trade fair. A big fair with lots of interesting things. On display were various finished embedded and development boards and also lots of wireless modules. It could be seen that Linux is the standard in embedded hardware wherever an operating system with memory management is needed. In addition, Linux is small and fast. It can boot in 1 second and be in a graphical environment the next second.

VIA presented their devices. The QT graphical toolkit could often be seen on the devices.

Many companies produce various enclosures for the Raspberry Pi. It is also possible to have them manufactured to order.
