Java Program for Clear Monitoring of Backup Power Sources

The UPSmonitor program is used for bulk and clear monitoring of the states of backup power sources (hereinafter referred to as UPS). Its use is especially suitable in companies where a large number of UPS devices are used. These UPS devices usually provide information about themselves that a computer can read out and pass on over the network. The UPS monitor program collects and evaluates this information from individual computers.

The program allows you to set values for the individual monitored parameters, either as text or within a maximum-minimum range, which it then displays clearly and flags in case of an incorrect value. The program also provides an overall overview of the UPS units, including a display of their current state.

The program allows you to save the list of UPS units, including their configuration. When the program is closed, the size of the program window is also saved automatically.

For the UPS monitor to work correctly, a server is needed that will provide a text output of the UPS's state on any port, and the program will handle the rest itself. To run the program itself, Java version 1.6 or higher is required
